Dear Rick: The parking deck has been in operation for several months now and has received many compliments from a variety of out-of-state travelers and local Delawareans. It looks great day or night. In appreciation for your efforts in helping to make the building a reality, we are enclosing a certificate of our appreciation.
The Delaware Chapter of The American Institute of Architects has recently presented a design award, commenting that the deck “created a streetscape that both building vocabulary appropriate to the context.
We hope you will display this certificate with the same pride and enthusiasm you showed during this project.
